Sweethearts....

Good Morning!  Time to get started on those Valentine cards!  I made this one for the challenge going on at Cricut Cardz  http://cricutcardzchallenge.blogspot.com/.  This challenge is to make a project using only the colors RED, BLACK and WHITE...

Recipe:
* Paper - sei paper stack "Black Orchid" - very pretty paper!
* I used a Martha Stewart punch on the top of the printed background paper.
* Mat - I cut the black mat using the shadow feature from the Cricut "Sweethearts" cartridge
The white mat is at 4 inches without the shadow feature, then I ran it through my Cuttlebug using the Preserves folder.
* The couple is a cut from "A Child's Year".  I cut them twice at 4 inches and glued them together for added thickness.
* The heart is cut from "Sweethearts" at 2 inches and covered in MS glitter.
* I added some beautiful crinkle ribbon and pop-dotted the couple and the heart.

Thanks for stopping by!  I hope to work on more Valentines cards over the weekend, so I hope you will stop by to check on my progress.  Enjoy your weekend!
