Thanks Bunches!

Hi there and welcome to Studio 5380.
I hope your week is going well for you.  Mine is rolling along pretty smoothly.  I've been working on a few things for the upcoming release at The Stamps of Life - I can't believe that it's almost August and time for another Stamp of the Month set...yikes, time is just flying by!

While we wait on the new release, I have a sweet card showcasing the new Quarter Flowers with Leaves Die Set to share with you....

This is such a great die set -the flowers are so pretty and I love the debossing on the leaves.

My card base was created with the Circle Flip-its #2 Die Set and the sentiment is from the crazy4daisies Stamp Set.

Thanks so much for dropping in for a visit.  I'm wishing you a very wonderful day and I'll be seeing you soon....

Hi There!

Hi there and welcome to Studio 5380!
It's my Design Team day over at SVG Cutting Files and I have another fun Squaredy Cat project to share with you today.....

I was born and raised in the Magnolia State and couldn't resist making a card with the adorable Mississippi Squaredy Cat which will be available in the SVG Cutting Files Store tomorrow.

My pretty card base was created with the Circle Trio Card Base set.  I threaded some pink and white twine through the scallops, tying a bow at the top of my card.

I also used some great products from Jaded Blossom for my card.  The sentiment is from the Simple Sayings 2 stamp set and is stamped onto a mat created with the Flag Dies set.

Thank you so much for stopping by today - I hope you enjoyed your visit and come back soon.  Have a great day!

Happy Birthday My Friend

Hello everyone and welcome to Studio 5380.
I hope your week is off to a great start, mine has been a bit on the crazy side. But, that's okay - crazy isn't all bad!  It's been a busy day around here so I'm gonna make this post short and sweet.  I have a sweet birthday card to share with you today....

My card base and layers were created with the lovely Fancy Edge Flip-its card designed by Stephanie at The Stamps of Life.

The sentiment is from the fun stamp set chalkboardsayings2stamp

I added an enamel dot to a pretty little flower and used a Copic marker to die some seam binding for the perfect color ribbon and bow.  I also added a mat to the back of my card for a short greeting.

Okay, short and sweet as promised!
Have a good one and I'll be seeing you soon...

You Are Fabulous

Hi there and welcome to Studio 5380.
Wow...Monday...again.
My Monday is looking kinda rainy and dreary and a lot like I need to spend the day cleaning this messy, messy place that we call home....sigh.

So, before I drag out the super strength toilet bowl cleaner and my dinosaur of a vacuum cleaner, I'm gonna sit here, enjoy one more cup of coffee and share a card with you. Hmmm - I'm wondering just how long I can make this cup of coffee last?

Guess I've stalled long enough, here's today's card....

(cause you are - you know?)

I used the following products from The Stamps of Life to create this bright, happy (totally fab) card:
* youare2square stamp set
* Stephanie Barnard Colorbox Inks in Tangerine and Guava
* Felt in Grape and Banana

I totally love the flowers made of felt ♥

Okay, my coffee cup is empty and the stinkin' Cleaning Fairy is still MIA so I guess it's time to go move around some dust...(insert one more big sigh right about here).  Have a wonderful Monday and I'll be back soon....probably way before my house is actually clean!

Berry Thankful For You

Hello everyone and happy Monday to you.
I have good news for you on this Monday - Stephanie has some fabulous new Dies over at The Stamps of Life and I know you are gonna love them!  There are some gorgeous flowers, a fun little envelope and a great strawberry basket - such cuteness!  You can see all the new additions here.

Today I would like to share a couple of cards I made using the new Basket Die...

My card base was created with the Sizzix Square Stand Ups Die and those yummy strawberries are from the morestrawberries2stamp stamp set.

Yummy!

My next card has a totally different look....

I added some chunky glitter to this basket and filled it with hearts stamped from the hearts2diefor stamp set.

Inside of card.

I just love the versatility of this new basket die and see lots of "basket projects" in my future!
Thanks so much for stopping by today - have a good one and I'll be seeing you soon...

And now for my Project!

How sweet is Hello Kitty Baby?
My sentiment is from the new Hello Hello stamp set by Jaded Blossom and is stamped onto a mat cut from the Mini Tag Die Set.
I created the box by cutting out and assembling the Mini Bottle Carrier twice and gluing the 2 carriers together back to back.  I filled the carrier with travel size baby lotion, bath wash, shampoo and powder.

I also used the adorable Hello Kitty Nerd to embellish this fun memo board....

Pretty cute for a nerd, don't ya think?

I used the JB Candy Charms & Banners die set along with the new Hello Candies stamp set to decorate the tops of my memo board magnets.  The 'Hello Nerd' sentiment is from the new Hello Hello stamp set.

For the cork side of my memo board, I enlarged Hello Kitty Nerd's glasses and glued them right onto the cork.  I used the Hello Candies stamp set to add a bit of fun to the tacks.

That's all for me - I hope you enjoyed my projects for this fun hop!

I hope your week is going well for you - mine has been crazy busy, so this post is gonna be short and sweet today!  I've got some more yummy strawberries from The Stamps of Life to share with you....

I started with these pretty papers from Echo Park and added a bit of 'wonky' machine stitching around the edges of my card.

The jar is stamped and die cut using the jar4candy from The Stamps of Life. I used the morestrawberries2stamp set for my sentiment and paper-pieced strawberries.

A couple of extra berries finished off the inside of my card very sweetly!

And, that pretty much wraps it up!

SVG Cutting Files Back To School Challenge

Hello everyone and welcome to Studio 5380.
It's time for another fun challenge over at SVG Cutting Files and this month's challenge is to create a project with a Back to School Theme. You can read all the rules and details about the challenge and see all the amazing projects created by the Design Team by clicking here.

So, let me show you my project for this month's challenge....

I can't believe my Emma will be in the 4th grade this year!
I made her this sweet treat bag to get the new school year off to a fun start.

I started out with the Fish Handled Bag and added some fun chalkboard patterned paper layers.

Next, I added the sweet apple from the Kawaii Nerdy School set.  I gave her glasses a bit of sparkle with a Wink of Stella Glitter brush and a couple of clear gems.

My sentiment was created with the School Rocks stamp set by Jaded Blossom.

A bit of twine and a few enamel dots finished up this treat bag nicely.

Thanks so much for stopping by today - I hope you enjoyed my back to school treat!
Be sure to stop by the SVG Cutting Files Blog to see what the other designers have created for your inspiration. I hope to see your project linked up with us this month!

Squaredy Cat - Not Squared to Sparkle!

Hi there and welcome to Studio 5380.
Can you believe it's Monday...again?  Didn't we just do Monday?
Oh well, if we gotta do Monday, we might as well get it off to a cute start....

Pretty cute, huh?
This is 'Shimmer' from the new Squaredy Cats line of cutting files available at SVG Cutting Files.  This cutie will be in the store for purchase this Friday.

My card base was created with the Fancy Label Card Base cutting file.
I added some pretty pink tulle, tying a bow off to one side.
The princess sentiment is from the 100% Princess stamp set by Jaded Blossom and is stamped onto a mat created with the Mini Tag Dies set.

I added sparkle to her crown, wand and wings with a Wink of Stella glitter brush.
The white details are added with a white gel pen.

Okay, that's all I have for you today - so go ahead and SPARKLE away on this wonderful Monday!  Thanks for stopping by, I'll be seeing you soon....
