Pizza My Heart ♥

Hi there and welcome to Studio 5380.

I hope your weekend is going well for you. I've had so much fun in my Studio today. Ever have one of those projects in your head that you just can't wait to try out?  When I first laid eyes on the new Pizza My Heart stamp set by Lawn Fawn, I knew exactly what I wanted to create.  Well, I finally got my chance today and I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out....

I started out with a Pizza Box cutting file I found in the Silhouette Online Store.  After assembling my boxes, I cut squares from red gingham paper, stamped my sentiments and adhered the paper to the tops of my pizza boxes.

Next, I colored up my pizzas and pizza cutters with Copic Markers.

Then came the fun part of stamping on all the fun toppings.
Don't they look yummy?

I adhered the pizzas and pizza cutters to the top of each box.

Using a Stitched Circle die from Lawn Fawn, I cut a mat for the inside of each box and stamped it with one of the cute sentiments included in the stamp set.

And, the last step was to add the perfect treat to each box!

Sorry for the photo overload, but I just had to share all the cuteness!

Thanks so much for stopping by today.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend and I'll see you soon!

Showering You With Love

Hello and welcome to Studio 5380.

It's time for another Sketch Challenge at the My Favorite Things Challenge & Inspiration Blog and I thought I would go in another direction rather than making a card.  I'm trying to get a jump on cards and treats for Valentine's Day (which is only 16 days away, in case you were wondering), so I took this week's sketch and turned it into a treat box....

I started with a cut file I purchased from the Silhouette Online Store. After assembling the box, I pulled out a few stamps and dies from MFT Stamps and got busy.

Here's a list of products used:
* All Heart stamp set
* Stitched Hearts die set
*Stitched Mini Scallop Rectangles die set
* Tag Builder BP 5 die set
* Silver Sparkle cardstock

The printed papers are from the Lovebugs paper stack by Doodlebug.

Thank you so much for stopping by today - see you soon!

Sprinkled With Fun

Hello and welcome to Studio 5380.

I hope you've had a great Monday.  Mine has been pretty good, I managed to check a few things off of my 'to-do' list and still had some time to create a card for the current Sketch Challenge going on over at the My Favorite Things Challenge & Inspiration Blog. This one is being linked up with just a few hours to spare, but I made it!

Here's a list of  My Favorite Things products used for my card:
 * Summer Splash cardstock
* Plaid Patterns paper pack
* Stitched Cover Up Companion Horizontal die
* Donuts and Sprinkles die set
* Donuts and Sprinkles stamp set

After adhering the sprinkles to my donut, I covered the whole thing with Glossy Accents and sprinkled on some clear glitter for lots of sparkle.

I added a couple of the smaller donuts to the inside of my card.

And, there you go!
Thanks so much for stopping by today - see you soon!

Sending Love Your Way

Hello and welcome to Studio 5380.

I hope you are having a great week! Have you started on Valentine's Day projects yet?  It seems like these holidays roll around faster than I can keep up with these days. I've started working on mine, but I really need to pick up the pace!  Anyway, I do have one to share with you today...

This card has some sweet image from Lawn Fawn.  I have always loved the "You've Got Mail" stamp set - it's an oldie, but definitely a goody!  The sweet little raccoon is from the "Holiday Party Animal" stamp set.

My images are colored with Copic Markers and the background is watercolored with a TomBow Dual Brush Marker.

I used the Stitched Rectangle Dies to create my mat and a few heart dies from various sets to create the sweet hearts floating around.

I'm going to link up my card with the Lawnscaping Challenges Watercoloring challenge:

Thanks so much for stopping in for a visit!
Have a wonderful day and I'll see you soon....

Hi there!
Welcome to Studio 5380 and thanks for dropping by.

It's time for another fun challenge over at the Lawnscaping Challenges Blog and this week it is all about watercoloring. I decided to go with another birthday card to add to my stash for this challenge and used some Distress Inks to watercolor my background....

My background was created with Distress Inks in Peacock Feather and Mermaid Lagoon.

I used the following Lawn Fawn products to create my card:
* Year Five Stamp Set
* Party Balloons Die Set
* Puffy Clouds Border Die Set
* Stitched Rectangles Die Set

And, there you go -another birthday card to add to my collection! I'm really going to try to have a stash ready so that those birthdays don't sneak up on me this year!

I'm off to link up my card at the Lawnscaping Challenge - Watercoloring...

Love You More

Hello and welcome to Studio 5380.

Thanks for stopping by today!
I've got a quick, sweet card to share with you that I created for the current Sketch Challenge going on over at the MFT Challenge & Inspiration Blog.  I got a little messy with this one, but I sure do love playing with my Distress Inks...

I love this color combination of Wilted Violet and Picked Raspberry Distress Inks.

This sweet little elephant is from the "Adorable Elephant" stamp set by MFT Stamps and the sentiment is from the "Love You More" stamp set.

I used the "Gold Sparkle" cardstock from MFT Stamps as my base mat. I cannot get enough of this sparkle! I have the gold and silver versions and love them both ♥

Okay, I off to link of my card and call it a night.  I'll leave you with a photo of the sketch before I leave. Have a great night and a wonderful weekend...see you soon!

Wild About You

Hello and welcome to Studio 5380.
I hope you are having a wonderful day.  I'm stopping in with a quick post and then I have to get busy around this house!  Seems my cleaning fairy has taken a leave of absence :(

So, let's get to it because those dust bunnies are only going to keep on growing!
I've been working on Valentine's Day cards for my grands and I think this one turned out pretty cute...

I love these sweet animals from the new Sweet Safari stamp set by My Favorite Things.

Along with the MFT Stamps Sweet Safari stamp set, I used the Stitched Circle Frames die set, the Grassy Edges die set and the Leafy Greenery die set.

Thank you for stopping by today - you visits and comments always brighten my day!
Now, I off to link up my card at a couple of challenges:

I Treasure You

Hello and welcome to Studio 5380.
The weekend is winding down and I hope you've had a good one. The weather has been cold and rainy here so I've had a good excuse to stay inside and play in my studio.  And, just to make it even better, my new purchases from My Favorite Things appeared on my doorstep on Friday - perfect timing!  After sorting through my goodies, I decided to play along with the current Sketch Challenge over at the MFT Challenge and Inspiration Blog

I started with a black card base and added several elements made with MFT products:
* Blue mat (Summer Splash card stock) cut with die from Blueprints 21 die set
* Black strips are cut using a portion of the Stitched Cover Up Companion die
* Sentiment is from the Bling It On stamp set and is embossed in silver heat embossing powder

It's really hard to photograph all the sparkle on this card!
The "gems" are cut with the new Diamonds die set from metallic paper and the MFT Silver Sparkle and Gold Sparkle glittery cardstock.  I love the sparkle ♥

And, here's the inside of my card.

That about wraps things up for me.
Before I head off to link up my card, I'll share the sketch for the MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge in case you would like to play along.  Thanks for stopping by!

You're So Cool!

Hi there and welcome to Studio 5380.
Happy Friday to you - the weekend is finally here!

It's been a busy week around my house and I haven't had much time to play in my studio. But, I made some crafty time yesterday afternoon and decided to play along with the current Lawnscaping Challenge - Winter Wonderland.  This one was fun to put together....

I really love the way this gift bag and mini card turned out - I mean, really, how cute is that snowman?  I used lots of Lawn Fawn goodies on this set:

* Goodie Bag Die
* Stitched Rectangle Dies
* Stitched Squares Die
* Stitched Hillside Borders Die
* Mini Snowflake Dies
* Making Frosty Friends Stamp Set
* Winter Penguin Stamp Set
* Critters In The Snow Stamp Set

I used Copic Markers on all the images.  I also used a lot of White and Clear Wink of Stella Glitter, but, as usual, I failed to capture the sparkle in my photos.

You can catch a bit of the sparkle on the heart in this photo.

And, as requested by a special blog reader, here is the inside of my card.

I guess that pretty much wraps up today's project!
Thanks so much for stopping by for a visit. I always look forward to your visits and sweet comments. I'm off to link up my card at Lawnscaping Challenges.  Have a great day and I'll see you soon!

Happy Birthday!

Hello and welcome to Studio 5380.
Thanks for stopping in for a visit!

I am working towards my 2016 crafty goal of creating more "just because" cards. I would love to have a stack of birthday, thinking of you, sympathy and baby cards on hand so that I'm not scrambling to put something together when I need it.  Another crafty goal for the New Year is to join in on more challenges to get myself out of my comfort zone and maybe think outside the box a bit.

So, today's card is a combination of those two goals - a birthday card for my stash and an entry into the current Sparkle and Shine Challenge:

I used all sorts of products and made a huge mess while working on this one, but I'm pretty happy with the results and I love the sparkle!

Here is a list of products I used to create this card:
* Silver Sparkle cardstock by My Favorite Things (card base)
* Tattered Angels Glitter Mist in Pearl (spritzed on the white layer and on balloons)
* Birthday Wishes & Balloons stamp set by My Favorite Things (embossed in silver)
* Party Balloons die set by Lawn Fawn
* Distress Ink in Mermaid Lagoon and Wilted Violet (balloons)
* Aquamarine sequins by Pretty Pink Posh

I'm off to link up my card at the Sparkle and Shine Challenge - Number 21.

Thanks again for stopping by!
Have a great day and I'll see you soon...
