Sending You Lots of Love ♥

Hello and happy Friday to you!
Welcome to Studio 5380 and thanks for stopping by.

I am happy to say that after almost two weeks of this terrible cold, I am finally on the road to recovery!  It seems like it has been a long time coming and I want to say thank you to all the sweet comments and kind thoughts sent my way.  You ladies are the best!

So, I decided to take it easy today - no work, no cleaning, just time to do something I wanted to do.  And, you know where that lead me...straight to my neglected Studio.  I checked out a few challenges to get my mojo going and decided to play along with the current Sketch Challenge going on over at My Favorite Things:

I used several products from My Favorite Things to create my card:
* Blueprints 13 Die Set
* Lead The Way Die Set
* Mailbox Die Set
* Love Is In The Mail Stamp Set
* Essential Sentiments Stamp Set
* Blu Raspberry Cardstock

The printed background paper is from October Afternoon.

I added Stickles in Christmas Red to the hearts for a bit of sparkle.

And, of course, I prettied up the inside of my card.

Okay, I'm off to link up my card and find something else to play with before this day is over.
I hope you have a wonderful, relaxing, enjoyable weekend and I hope to see you soon!

Valentine's Day Mail

Hi there!
Welcome to Studio 5380 -thanks for stopping by.

I hope you are doing well and enjoying your weekend.  I've been hit with the "crud" bug that seems to making the rounds.  Headaches, sore throat, earache, stuffy head and assorted miserable stuff.  Good news - after about a week of this, I think I may be beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Bad news - last night my hubby started with the sneezing and coughing. Sigh...I'm thinking another week of miserable....

Anyway, I do have a little Valentine project to share with you. I started working on these a few days before the crud hit and quickly stalled my plans to get them finished and in the mail in plenty of time before Valentine's Day.  So, Emma, Blake, Brayden and Hannah I had big plans, but your Valentine's Day gifts will be slightly delayed.

I came across these adorable felt "envelopes" in the Dollar Spot at Target.  I grabbed one for each of the kids and personalized them using Heat Transfer Vinyl and my heat press.

The stamp images are from the Silhouette Online Store.

The envelopes have a sweet red felt heart on the back. There is a button under the heart to close up the envelope...I love these.

The envelopes are pretty big, 9 X 12 inches, so they hold lots of goodies!

That's going to wrap things up for me today.  Back to the sofa, my blanket and another round of NyQuil and box of tissues!  Thanks again for stopping by, I hope to see you again soon.
