Good morning...yippee...it's Friday!
Last night was my Emma's Kindergarten graduation and it was so sweet!
The kids all did a wonderful job and the program was just perfect. As Emma received her diploma and started her walk down the aisle, I was able to get on my knees in the aisle to get her picture. She walked right up to me and gave me a grin and a huge high 5...it was wonderful and made my night!
This is after the program...the star of the night....Emma and me (Proud Grandmother), Blake (Emma's little brother) and my son Christopher (Emma's Daddy)!
Ok, thanks for letting me share a very special night with you!
I guess I should get on to my project for today!
This week's challenge on the Circle Blog was to create a layout using their sketch.
It was such a great sketch that I wanted to give it a try...
I've been working on a scrapbook for a special friend...so..I was thinking this would be a great layout for Baby Yates....
The colors look a bit washed out...bad lighting.
I used my new cartridge Baby Steps for this layout...such cute images!
The mat behind the baby is from Elegant Edges...another wonderful cartridge.
Paper is from the "Baby Boy Stack" from DCWV.
I pretty much always make two-page layouts, so here's the second page....
Close up of images.
Well, that's about it for now. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
I'll be back soon with a sweet layout of my grandson Blake!
Until next time,
Tanya
Another BEAUTIFUL layout! Love the soft colors and, of course, the die cuts from Baby Steps! Just so sweet! Yates' scrapbook is going to be amazing!
ReplyDeleteHurray for Emma! She looks ready for Grade 1!
