Happy Halloween!

Hello everyone and Happy Halloween to you!
I hope you are having a great day and are ready for all the little trick or treaters headed your way tonight.

I have a couple more Halloween projects to share with you today.  Emma and I vinyled up a few trick or treat buckets for all the grands a few days ago.  She had so much fun helping me pick out designs and colors.  Here she is showing off our work, and as you can see, Lola had to get in on all the fun....

I wish I had gotten a few pics of the designs on each bucket, but we just ran out of time.  We had some fun spiders, pumpkins, black cats and more.

I thought I had pretty much finished up Halloween treats, but found these cute little ghosts peeps and I just had to do something with them.....

Materials Used:
* Topper - Silhouette Online Store
*Ghost and "Spooky" - My Creative Time "Stitched Spooky Ghost Dies"
* Bat - My Creative Time - "Fright Night" stamp set

Okay, that's it for me today.  Have a safe and fun Halloween and I'll be seeing you soon....

Until next time,

Blessed Beyond Measure

Hi there and happy Monday to you!
I hope you had a great weekend.  We had a very busy, very noisy, very wonderful weekend around my house.  My hubby and I had all 4 of our beautiful grandchildren with us for a days.  Things got a bit wild and crazy around here, but I finally managed to get a few pictures of all 4 of them together - not an easy task!  Poor babies got so tired of hearing me say...look this way...smile...no...not a fake smile, a real smile...no really...look at me.  This went on for the longest with me snapping away on my camera like a crazy Nonna!  But, all that craziness paid off....look how blessed we are.....

I may be a bit biased...but aren't they beautiful?
We have from left to right, Blake (4 years old), Emma (almost 9) holding Hannah who is 5 months old and Blake who recently turned 2.

And, of course, Lola had to get in on the action!

Sweet!

Papa and his girls.

Okay, so this is what I have been doing for the past week days!  Everyone went back home last night and it's awfully quiet around my house today - Lola keeps looking around the house for the kids.  Anyway, I just wanted to share my sweet blessings with you and let you know that I'll be back to visiting blogs, writing comments and working with the NEW Peachy Keen Stamps to be released soon!  Thanks so much for stopping by today and I'll be seeing you soon....

Until next time,

PPPR Design Team Day

Hello everyone and welcome to another Design Team Day at Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons.  I've been working on Halloween treats for all the special little goblins in my life and I've got a couple to share with you today....

I found these creepy jars of slimy gel- like candy that looks like preserved frogs and snakes at Walmart. They are totally disgusting and I knew the older boys would love them!

For these treat bags, I used the following:
* Patterned Papers - K&Company
* Gusset treat bags - Jaded Blossom
* Frankenstein - I used cut and print and the cute little "Frankie" from the Monster Mash Cutting Files from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons
* Sentiments - My Creative Time

And, these are for a couple of my younger goblins.

These cuties were made with the following materials:
* Patterned paper - DCWV
* Mats - Layered Labels 1 Cutting Files from PPPR
* Clear boxes - Jaded Blossom
* Candy Corn - cut and print versions of Candy Corn Guy Cutting Files from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons

top of boxes.....

* Sentiments - Jaded Blossom

And there you go - more Halloween treats crossed off the list!  Be sure to stop by the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Blog to see what the other Designers have created for your inspiration. Thanks so much for stopping by today - have a great one and I'll be seeing you soon.....

Witch You Were Here

Hi there and welcome!
I hope your week is going well for you so far.  Yesterday was a busy day for me - I'm trying to get caught up on all my deadlines for the month of October so that I can spend some time with my grands later this month.  Right now my craft corner looks like a Halloween tornado just hit! With Halloween just around the corner, I have orange, purple and black paper everywhere along with glitter, pumpkins, goblins and spiders (thankfully those spiders and goblins are fake)!

So, stay tuned because I have lots of fun Halloween cards and treats to share with you in the coming days. I also managed to sneak in a "because I wanted to card".  You know...the card that you didn't make for a challenge, Design Team post or last minute card for some occasion.  The kind of card that you make just because you want to...

Okay, this one of those cards I wanted to make because I wanted to practice with my Copic markers and because I have had this stamp for awhile and I really wanted to play with it!

I still have so much to learn with my Copics and I find myself cringing a bit if I look at this card for too long...lol!  I just cannot seem to master the technique of coloring skin and hair, especially long, dark, wavy hair...sigh. I do see improvement in my work and I hope with that with continued practice, I can actually produce a card that doesn't make me cringe!

Here's a list of materials I used for this card:
* Printed paper - October Afternoon
* Stamp - La La Land
* Sentiment - Pink By Design
* Ribbon - Ribbon Boutique
* Copic Markers
* Martha Stewart Glitter

And there's my "because I wanted to card!  Thanks for letting me share with you!  Now I have to get busy finishing up my DT projects and Blog Hop projects. Then I need to tackle this messy craft corner of mine!  I hope you have a wonderful day and I'll be seeing you soon.....

Until next time,
