Shades Of Autumn

Good Monday morning to you and welcome to Nonna's Craft Corner!
I hope you have had a wonderful weekend and are ready for a new week.  We had a fun weekend with Emma. It was her first overnight visit with us since school began and we had lots of catching up to do.  When I asked her what she would like to do...guess what she had to say? ... "I want to go to Michaels"! That's my girl! So, of course...it was off to Michaels and then pizza and then back home to work on her new scrapbook....ah....life is good!  And to top it all off, she pulled her very first tooth while she was here!  She just popped it out and her biggest concern was if the tooth fairy would find her at Nonna's house.  Rest assured...the tooth fairy had noooo problem!

Since it is Monday, it's also time for another Challenge Me Monday over at the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog.  This week's challenge is called A Splash Of Color and the challenge is to use yellow in your project.  Remember that you need to use at least one Cricut cut in project.

Even though we are still having 90 plus degree days here, I am slowly pulling out my fall decor items. It's almost September and I am ready for fall!  Pulling things out got me in the mood to create something "fallish" for my home and this what I came up with...

Let me show you how I put this together.  I started out with a 6 X 6 inch canvas.  You can't really tell in my photo, but this canvas is about an inch wide and will stand up on it's own.

I painted the canvas with Delta acrylic paint in Spice Brown.

Using the DCWV paper stack Autumn Splendor" I cut out two mats.  The orange gingham mat is cut at 5.5 X 5.5 inches.  The yellow patterned mat is cut at 5.25 X 5.25 inches.  I traced a circle onto a scrap of mossy green cardstock and cut it half.  I inked up the edges of everything with some chocolate brown ink and adhered my mats and "hills" together.  Then I stitched the edges of each piece using a dark brown thread.  I used the Bountiful Blessings stamp set by Pink By Design and placed my sentiment in the upper left corner.

Cricut Cuts:
I used the Heritage cartridge for the tree and cut it out at 5inches.  I cut the tree 3 times and glued them all together so that the tree would stand out from the canvas a bit.  The leaves are all from the Doodlecharms cartridge and I cut them at a  one half inch.
I covered the back of my canvas with the gingham cardstock...

And here is my little piece of fall on a shelf in my family room...

This was a fun, quick little project to put together and I really like the way it fits so nicely on my shelf.  I hope you have enjoyed your visit today and will find the time to stop by FCCB and see how the other designers have added A Splash Of Color to their projects!  Then...go...get creative and link your project up at FCCB.  I can't wait to see what you create!

Until next time,

Sailor Boy

Hello everyone and welcome to Nonna's Craft Corner!
I hope your weekend is off to a great start.  So far, it's smooth sailing around here (pun intended)!

Today is Scrapbooking Saturday over at My Cricut Craft Room and I have a sweet layout to share with you.  If you have visited my blog in the past, these photos may look familiar to you.  I have used the same pictures in my scrapbook of Blake (my darling grandson). But today's layout of these photos is for the scrapbook I am working on for Blake's mommy!  (And I wonder why I can never get caught up?).  If you would like to see how I scrapped these photos in my book, click here.

Ok, on to today's layout for Blake's mommy....

Patterned paper for this layout is from the Nantucket Stack from DCWV.  Solid colors are from my paper stash...I was able to use up a few paper scraps on this one!

Here's a closer photo of the first page...

What a cutie pie! For this page I used the following:

* Martha Stewart punch for the red strip along the side and some white ric-rac.
* Sailor Boy is cut using Alphalicious at 1.5 inches.
* The compass is from Cricut's Pack Your Bags, cut at 3.5 inches, I added a silver brad to the center.

And here's page 2....

For this page I used the following:
* That awesome Martha Stewart punch and more ric-rac.
* The anchor is from Life Is A Beach. I cut the anchor at 3.5 inches and added some red/white twine. I also added a few dots with a sliver gel pen.
* I cut that cute sailboat form Life Is A Beach at 5.5 inches.  A few stitching lines and silver brads really brought it to life!  I used the same MS punch to create a few waves for my boat.

I may have gotten a bit carried away with the ric-rac on this one, but I love the nautical feel it adds to the layout.

Doesn't Blake make an adorable Sailor Boy?  I hope you enjoyed my layout today!  Thanks so much for stopping by, I always look forward to your visits and your sweet comments.  I hope you will stop by My Cricut Craft Room and see what the other designers have in store for you today!

Until next time,

Merry Christmas - Vintage Style

Happy Friday everyone and welcome to Nonna's Craft Corner!
I'm so happy that today is Friday!  I'm planning on picking up Emma after school today and she will be spending the weekend with us.  I'm really looking forward to hearing all of her stories about her first couple of weeks in the first grade!  We are also still anxiously awaiting the arrival of Brayden!  I'll keep you posted as soon he decides to join us...be prepared for lots of pictures!

I don't know if you have heard about the fun going on over at the Pink By Design Facebook Page.  If not, you need to head over there and join in on the fun of Flash Fridays!  Sarah has come up with yet another reason to celebrate Fridays!  Just drop by Pink By Design's Facebook page every Friday and wait until you see Sarah post a project to kick off Flash Friday.  Once you see her post, you can upload one of your favorite creations to share with everyone.  There are so many fabulous projects being posted at once, you can't help but be inspired! And, just to make it even better, Sarah very often throws in a give-away for those participating!  Sounds like fun, huh?  Let me show you what I posted for today's Flash Friday.....

Ok, I love the vintage look, but I have to say, it's not a style that comes easily to me.  I love the vintage look I see other paper crafters creating, but I don't think I have quite pulled it off yet.  I'm going to keep trying, so bear with me!  I do love the papers I used for this card.  They are from the paper stack Christmas Emporium by Graphic 45.  Beautiful rich colors on nice, heavy cardstock.

I am giving you a bit of a sneak peek for the upcoming Pink By Design stamp release.  This stamp is part of Sarah's newest Christmas collection.  Keep watching the Pink By Design Blog and the Pink By Design Facebook Page for more information about this release!  To finish up my card, I added some gold Crinkle ribbon and a dark red button tied up with a bit of vintage twine.  A few dark brown gems from Close To My Heart are the final touch.

Well, that's all for now!  I hope you have enjoyed my attempt at "vintage" such as it is!  I also hope that you will join us at today's Flash Friday event!  I look forward to seeing your creations there!  Thanks for stopping by!
Until next time,

I'm Stuck On You!

Good morning and welcome to Nonna's Craft Corner!
As many of you know, my Emma started the First Grade last week.  And...many of you know that it was much harder on me than it was on her!  Thanks for all of you for your sweet words of encouragement to this worry-wart Nonna!  I'm happy to report that our Miss Emma is doing wonderfully and acts as if she has been in the First Grade forever...that's my girl!

Well, today is Tuesday which means it's time for another Card Creating Tuesday over at My Cricut Craft Room.  I hope you will stop by Erica's blog and take a look at all the goodies her fabulous Design Team members have put together for you today!  I am going to pick Emma up after school this Friday and she is going to spend the weekend with us (yea!).  So, I thought I would make a card for her to show her how proud her Papa and I are of her. Of course...there may be a few special little treats waiting for her also...but...let's get on to my card....

Recipe:
* I covered my card in this cute paper from The Grade School Stack by DCWV.
* The white mat is cut from Cricut's Elegant Edges cartridge.  I used the Oblong shape from page 37 in the handbook (use shift key to get a solid mat).  This was cut at 5.25 inches.
* Next, I ran my mat through my Cuttlebug using the Number Collage folder, then inked up the edges of the mat using Ranger's Orange Marmalade ink.

* The bottle of glue is from the Cricut cartridge Nate's ABCs.  I cut out the bottom layer two times an used pop dots between them to create a bit of dimension.  The blue layers are inked with Ranger's Faded Jeans ink. This cut was made at 5 inches.
* That adorable little sentiment is from the Be Mine Stamp Set by Pink By Design.  The bright orange twine is also available at the Pink By Design Store.
* A plain white button and a few lines with my white gel pen...and there you go!

The inside of my card got finished out with a piece of designer paper from my stash that looks like notebook paper, a punched strip of  the cardstock used on the front and a bit of ink!

I hope you have enjoyed your visit to my little corner of the blogging world today!  Don't forget to stop by My Cricut Craft Room and see what the Designers have waiting for you today!  Thanks for stopping by and I'll see you soon....

Until next time,

Happy Fall Ya'll

Hello everyone and welcome to Nonna's Craft Corner!
Today is Sunday and it's my turn to post on the Pink By Design blog.  I am always so excited to post on the Pink By Design blog, but also always a bit nervous at the same time!  The talent over there is just amazing (it's a good thing they are also so sweet and encouraging)!  If you ever feel the need for inspiration or motivation, this is the the place to visit!
So...time to share my project with you!
I don't know about you, but I am so ready for fall! However, with temps still in the 90's here in LA (lower Alabama) we still have a ways to go before fall weather arrives.  School started back last week and it just seems as if fall should start at the same time.  As most of you know, my granddaughter started the first grade this year (I will not cry, I will not cry).  I wanted to create something for her to share with the class, but also something that would remind her throughout her day that her Nonna is thinking about her.  Since Hand Sanitizer is on the school supply list of pretty much every kid in this country, I decided to go that route.  So...I picked up the jumbo, 64 ounce version (hey, if you're gonna do it, do it right!) and got busy.  Here's what I came up with....

The toughest part about this whole project was removing the store label from the bottle!  I peeled off what I could, then sprayed the remaining pieces with Goo Gone, let that soak in for a few seconds, then scrubbed like a crazy woman while holding the bottle under warm running water.  That got all the label and sticky off, but left a greasy residue.  That was a pretty easy fix, plain old rubbing alcohol on a paper towel cleaned it up pretty quickly.  Now, finally time to play!
I used the Cricut cartridge Doodlecharms and vinyl in orange, yellow, green and brown to cut out my leaves for the bottle.  I cut the leaves in various sizes from 1.25 to 1.75 inches, peeled off the paper backing and applied them to the bottle.  I also used a hole punch on the scraps and made a few little circles to scatter among the leaves.  Quick and simple!

Now...on to the tag.  I started with a #8-size manila tag from Inkssentials.  Then things got a little bit messy....

I finally got to play with my new Distress Stains from Ranger!  So, I used Peeled Paint, Wild Honey and Antique Linen on my tag.  I just applied each color in circular patterns, then spritzed the tag with my water mister and left it to dry.  Once the tag was dry, it was time to add my stamp...

I used this fabulous Gingham background stamp from Pink by Design and inked it up using Ranger's Orange Marmalade ink.  I stamped my tag making sure to cover the upper portion.  Notice that the bottom inch or so of the tag is not stamped, but that's ok, it won't be seen once the tag is completed!

After all the ink is dry, it's time to decorate the tag...

My cute little scarecrow is from Cricut's Simply Charmed cartridge and I cut him out at 4.25 inches.  I inked up all the pieces, assembled my little guy and added some doodles with a white gel pen.  The grass is created with the Martha Stewart punch Drippy Goo and the sentiment is from the Pink By Design stamp set Simply Everything.  I created the small leaves using the same inking method I used on the tag.  This time I used the inks on a piece of off-white cardstock.  After drying, I placed my inked up cardstock on my Cricut mat and cut my leaves (again using Doodlecharms) at .5 and .75 inches.  The final touch on my tag is that gorgeous, deep orange crinkle ribbon, also available at the Pink By Design Store.  Next, just loop your ribbon around the top of the bottle....

And there you have it, something the whole first grade class can use and something to make Emma smile!  I hope you have enjoyed my project today and I appreciate your stopping by!  I always look forward to your visits and you kind comments!

Until next time,

Happy Holidays

Hello everyone and welcome to Nonna's Craft Corner!
Are you happy that it's Friday?  I know I am! And not just because the weekend is almost here, but because with Friday comes Festive Fridays at My Cricut Craft Room!  This is one of my favorite days at My Cricut Craft Room because I love the holidays and the Design Team always puts together some wonderful holiday creations that always leave me feeling inspired!

So, it's official....I have started my Christmas cards for this year!  Can you believe it...me....Mrs. Wait to the last possible moment...working on Christmas cards?  I have to give credit for my motivation to Mr. Bryan Wyatt at ScrapGuy's PaperCrafting Adventure and the wonderful Close To My Heart products he sells! I recently purchased the Art Philosophy package from Bryan and I'm in love!  I used these wonderful products to create my first Christmas card for the season....

Let me tell you how I went about putting this card together.

* For the card base, I cut a piece of Bazzill - French Vanilla cardstock 8 inches by 9.25 inches, folding it in half - creating a 4 X 9.25 inch card.

*Here are the measurement for the layers I used....
1) Printed holly paper - 3.75 X 9 1/8 inches
2) French Vanilla cardstock - 2.25 X 9 1/8 inches (edges punched with MS punch)
3) Gingham print - 1.75 X 9 1/8 inches
(Printed paper is from Paper Studio's paper stack Cozy Little Christmas)
I inked up the edges of the printed papers with CTMH's Cranberry ink.  After assembling the layers of my card, the fun begins....

Here are the steps I took to create this stamped image...
* Using the Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge, cut the image Shape2 found on page 37 at 1.75 inches. I cut this image on my French Vanilla cardstock.
* Next, using this beautiful stamp from the CTMH December 25th stamp set, I stamped my image onto the mat using the Cranberry ink.
* I also used the Layer feature found on page 37 and cut the border for my sentiment mat, again using the French Vanilla cardstock.  I adhered the border on top of my stamped image, covered it with Glossy Accents and added some MS tinsel glitter.
* I thought my sentiment mat needed just a little something, so I used my green cardstock and cut the same mat shape at 2.25 inches, layered the pieces and added a gem to each end.

*Before adhering my sentiment, I added a piece of off-white ribbon to my card.
* I also added a couple of holly leaves created from Art Philosophy.  The holly is found on page 46 of the handbook and I cut them at 2 inches.  A few ruby red gems in the center finished off the card!

And there you have it...the official beginning of my Christmas preparations!  I always love your visits and your kind comments and I hope you have enjoyed your time here in my little corner of the blogging world!  Please stop by and check out the other Festive Friday creations put together by Erica's talented Design Team over at My Cricut Craft Room.  I'll be seeing you soon...

Brewing Up A Birthday Wish For You!

Hello everyone and welcome to my little corner of the crafting world!
It's Tuesday and time for Card Creating Tuesdays over at My Cricut Craft Room!  Let me show the cute little birthday card I've put together for Erica's blog today...

I love the retro feel of this card!
* This great paper is from the Tiffanys paper stack by We R Memory Keepers. The bottom layer is a great deep, dark brown color and I topped it off with this beautiful aqua print.
* I created the mat for my coffee pot using the pretty pink print from the same paper stack.  I used the Nestabilities die Classic Scalloped Rectangle to cut out my mat and then inked up the edges using Ranger's Vintage Photo ink.

*The old fashioned coffee pot is from the Cricut cartridge From My Kitchen.  I cut this out at 3.25 inches.  When cutting out my image, I cut two bottom layers so that I could used pop dots between the layers and lift the coffee pot up and off the card a bit. I think the image is actually called a teapot in the handbook, but it reminds me of an old coffee pot...so I'm calling it a coffee pot!
*After putting the pot together, I added Diamond Stickles to the white areas of the pot and Glossy Accents to the black pieces.  I also added a few white dots using a white gel pen.

* The sentiment mat was created using Nestabilities die cut Grommet Tags.  I found these aqua brads in my stash of scrapping goodies and they turned out to be the perfect shade!
* I think this sentiment is just perfect for my card!  It's from the Perk Up stamp set available from Pink By Design.

I hope you have enjoyed my retro-style birthday card today and I appreciate you dropping by!  I hope you will stop by Erica's blog at My Cricut Craft Room and see what the other designers have "brewed up" for you today!  I'll be seeing you soon!

Until next time,

You Take The Cake!

Good Monday morning to you and welcome to Nonna's Craft Corner!
I hope your Monday is off to a great start, my is off to a quiet start.  Today is my Emma's first day in the First Grade.  I am having all sorts of emotions today, I am so proud of her, I'm nervous for her, I miss her and I'm excited for her...First Grade is a big deal!  And through it all, I'm thinking this is probably a lot harder for me than it is for her!  I sure do love my Emma Grace!
Ok, let me get on today's post before I start crying and get nothing accomplished!  Mondays aren't all bad, because with Monday comes another.... Challenge Me Monday over at Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog!  This week's challenge is called Piece of Cake and the name says it all!  Create a project with a cupcake or baked good and remember that you must use at least one Cricut cut!

Here's my card for this week's challenge...

Recipe:
* Paper - I used the beautiful paper stack Wild Saffron from K&Company
* Martha Stewart punch for the border
* Nestablilities die cut Beaded Circles for the scalloped mat. I cut two of these and used pop dots to adhere the two layers together.
* Cricut's Birthday Bash for the cupcake.  I cut the cupcake at 3 inches, cutting the bottom layer twice and using pop dots between the layers.  I also added Glossy Accents to the cherry.
* Sentiment - Kitchen Puns stamp set from Pink By Design
* Brown pearls - Close To My Heart. My favorite place to buy CTMH is HERE.
Love this cupcake!

Lots of Layers!

And here's the inside of my card.

Thanks so much for stopping by to see my card today.  I always look forward to your visits and kind comments!  I hope you will stop by FCCB and see what the other fabulous Design Team members have put together for your inspiration today.  After your visit...go...get creative...and join the challenge for this week.  I can't wait to see what you create!

Monster Hugs!

Good morning everyone and happy Friday to you!
Today is my first post as a Design Team member with My Cricut Craft Room and I'm really excited to share my card with you.  If you aren't familiar with My Cricut Craft Room, I hope you will stop by and pay Erica and her wonderful Design Team a visit.  Erica has a different theme for each day of the week and you just never know what you will find!
Today's theme is Festive Fridays.  Now, I don't know about you, but to me, that just sounds like fun! Festive Fridays are set aside to create a project for the holidays, so you may see projects for Halloween or Thanksgiving or maybe Christmas.  With the upcoming holiday season, this is a great place to visit and get that inspiration going!

So...what better time to start on my Halloween projects?  I created a cute little monster to share with you today....

Isn't he cute?
Ok, let me tell you how I put this card together.  I started with this wonderful lime green card base that I purchased at Michael's. I love the color and it was on sale (my favorite combination)!

Layers:
*The cute polka dot paper was left over from last years Halloween stash and I don't remember the name (sorry).
*I created that bright orange mat using Elegant Edges.  I used the Oblong and Shift key features to cut the image from page 37 at 5.25 inches.  Next, I ran the mat through my Cuttlebug using the Spots & Dots folder.  The edges were inked up using Rangers Spiced Marmalade ink.

Monster:
*For this cute little guy, I used Mini Monsters.  I chose the little monster from page 30 and cut him out at 4 inches.  I cut two of the bottom layer and I used pop-dots between those two layers to create a bit of dimension and make my monster pop up from the card a bit.
*The orange sections of the monster were covered with Martha Stewart's glitter in Orange Sorbet.
*Instead of using those tiny little cuts for his eyes, I used google eyes...much easier to work with!
*I also added Glossy Accents to the mouth for some shine.

Here's a close up of my monster....

Sentiment Tag...
*The tag is cut using Nestablitites Ribbon Tag Trio die cut.
*The sentiment is from the Pink By Design stamp set Ghostly Greetings.
*After stamping my tag, I ran white ribbon through the ends and added purple gems.
*I used a white gel pen to add a few dots to the tag and stitching lines around the card.

I always like to finish up the inside of my cards too....

*For the center, I used the polka dot paper again along with a white mat.  I inked up the white mat with this great purple ink by Ranger and added a candy corn brad (again from my Halloween stash).

And here's one more shot....

And, that's my project for today's Festive Fridays.  Be sure to stop by My Cricut Craft Room and see what the other designers have in store for you today!

Until next time,

Blake's 1st Solo Visit to Nonna & Papa's

Hello everyone!
Hope everyone is doing well and having a good week!  Emma starts the 1st grade next week so we are playing around and goofing off a lot this week, just enjoying our last few days of summer.  We spent the afternoon at the local water park.  A few hours of sun and chasing Emma and I am one tired Nonna!
Good thing I finished my layout this morning before the water park!  This layout is of Blake's first visit overnight visit to Nonna and Papa's house without Mommy and Daddy!  I know it was tough on his parents, but we loved every minute of it and he was just perfect the entire time!  We have had several overnight stays since and I'm thinking it's a bit easier for Mommy and Daddy now!  We always love having him with us and look forward to the next time!

Recipe:
* Paper - The Paper Studio - Sweet Pea
* Lace - The Paper Studio - Spare Parts
* Giraffe - Cricut's - Create A Critter cut at 6.5 inches
* Pins - Cricut's - New Arrival cut at 2.25 inches
* Rattle - Cricut's - New Arrival cut at 2.5 inches
* Journal Mat - Nestabilities - Classic Scalloped Rec (large)
 * Pearls - Liquid Pearls - Buttercup
 * Sentiment - My Pink Stamper

I love that sweet little giraffe! If you look closely at the blue mat, you can tell that I actually got brave enough to use my sewing machine to stitch around the edges! I really like this look and I think I will be trying it more often.

This is my husband's mother and she loved getting her hands on her great-grandson!

I think he's just the cutest giraffe!
Well, that's one more layout down and about a gazillion more to go!
Thanks for stopping by and I'll be seeing you soon.

Until next time,

Let Everything That Has Breath Praise The Lord

Isn't that a beautiful thought to begin your day with?
Good morning and welcome to Nonna's Craft Corner.  I am so happy you are here today! It's my turn to post on the awesome Pink By Design blog today and I wanted to share my card with you here also.  I hope you will stop by the Pink By Design blog and see what all the other fabulous designers have been up to.  And, I would love for you to join the Community Forum where you can post your own creations, share information and join in the fun challenges!

Ok, here's my project for today...

Recipe:
* Patterned paper - K&Company - Sweet Nectar
* Martha Stewart Punch (white borders)
* Cuttlebug folder - Floral Fanasty (blue strip of paper)
* Butterfly - Cricut's Sentimentals - cut at 2.5 inches
* Ink - Rangers - Pumice Stone
* Sentiment - Pink By Design Faith
* Sentiment mat - Cricut's Elegant Edges cut at 2.25 and 2.5 inches
* Martha Stewart Tinsel Glitter

For the butterfly, I cut the bottom layer twice and put one layer aside. Next I assembled the butterfly layers and covered the solid green layer with Glossy Accents.  Next comes the tinsel glitter by Martha Stewart...I love this stuff.  Of course the hard part is waiting for everything to dry!

After everything was dry, I took the bottom layer that I had set aside and adhered it in position on my card.  Next, I used one strip of Terrifically Tacky Tape on the body portion of the butterfly and added the finished butterfly, curling the wings upward.  This gives the look of the butterfly flying right off the card!

I truly love this sentiment from Pink By Design. I think this card could be used for so many different occasions: sympathy, thinking of you, get well, even a birthday card.  Well, I hope you have enjoyed spending some time here today, I always enjoy your visits and look forward to your comments!  I hope you have a wonderful day and I'll see you soon.

Until next time,

Preparing for Brayden!

Happy Saturday to you and welcome to Nonna's Craft Corner!
I hope your weekend is off to a great start.  I've been enjoying myself upstairs in my little corner today.  But, I don't have a card or scrapbook layout to share with you today.  Today's post is a little bit different!

As many of you know, I am blessed to be "Nonna" to two wonderful grandchildren. Emma is 6 and Blake turned 2 in March.  My hubby and I are thrilled to know that we have a third grandchild to add to the Adams' clan very soon.  This little bundle is due to arrive in 2 or 3 weeks and we finally have a name!  It's official...grandbaby number 3 is now and forever more to be known as
Brayden Shane Adams!

So...time to get busy getting this little boy a few special things for his arrival...

With this little collection, Brayden can be warm and spit up as much as he want to...lol!
I was able to finish up a couple of cute little receiving blankets, 4 burp cloths and that cute little elephant in just a few hours.  Before paper crafting became my passion, it was fabric and machine embroidery. It's been such a long time since I've done any embroidery I was afraid I had forgotten how! But, it pretty much came back to me once I sat down at my machine.

I love the green and brown combo and I guess I need to explain the orange and blue burp cloth!  Brayden's mommy and daddy (and entire family for that matter) are huge Auburn University football fans.  So, we have to have a bit of orange and blue and a few War Eagles in the mix!

Well, that's it for today.  I'm headed back upstairs to my little corner of the world and get back to work.  Thanks for sharing in my preparation of God's newest blessing in our lives.  I can hardly wait to meet this little guy and hope to have pictures to share with you in the very near future!

Until next time,
Tanya (better known as Nonna around my house!)

Special Delivery

Good morning everyone!  I'm so happy to have your company here at  Nonna's Craft Corner.  Today I have a quick, simple (but cute) baby card to share with you..

I love the papers from DCWV's "Nana's Nursery" paper stack...everything looks good together and choosing patterns for your layers is a snap!

Recipe:
* Patterned paper - DCWV - Nana's Nursery
* Solid cardstock - Bazzill - French Vanilla
* Green polka dot mat is cut from Elegant Edges (page 30) at 3.75 inches - this mat is cut out twice and I used pop dots to adhere the layers.
* Round mat is cut using Nestabilities Circle die cut
* Baby stroller is from Cricut's Just A Note, cut at 3 inches.  I cut the base layer twice and pop dotted the layers together.
* I used Memento Angel Pink Ink on the edges of all the cuts except for the green layers.  Green layers are inked with Ranger's Shabby Shutters.
* Pink Gems are from Recollections
* Pink Pearls are from Liquid Pearls - Petal Pink
*Sentiment - Ticket To Ride from Pink By Design.

I think you can see the layers a little better here.

As always, thank you so much for taking the time to stop by for a visit.  And, I always look forward to and appreciate your kind words and comments!

Until next time,
