Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone!
I hope you are having a wonderful day with friends and family.  My crew won't be in until tomorrow morning and I can't wait to see all my sweet grands!

I wanted to share these fun little banks I made for some of my favorite little people and now that it's officially Christmas, I think it will be okay to share.  My oldest granddaughter, Emma has learned to check out my blog on the computer so I have to be careful of when I post certain projects these days!

While looking at Michael's for shadowboxes, I found these cute shadowbox banks.

These are for the girls - both huge fans of all things horse related.....

* I had some cute "Rodeo" style paper that was perfect for the background.
* The horse is from the Silhouette Online Store

And, these are for the boys....

I had a tough time getting pictures - lots of reflection in the glass!
* Football and baseball from Silhouette Online Store

Of course I had to add a little money to get them started....

Okay, it's back to work for me - still have lots to do before my little ones arrive.  Thanks for stopping by and I wish you all a Very Merry Christmas!

PKS Farewell Hop 2013

Hello everyone and welcome to the
Peachy Keen Stamps Farewell Hop 2013!
I cannot believe that my time as a Design Team Member with Peachy Keen Stamps has come to an end! It has been a wonderful ride and I have enjoyed working with and getting to know all the wonderfully talented members of this team. I can't say enough good things about Kathy, Angelica, Lorie and the entire Peachy Keen Family - you ladies are the best ♥

So, before I get all mushy, lets get this Hop started!
If you just stopped by my blog for a visit and would like to start at the beginning, the Hop begins with the The Peachy Keen Stamps Blog.  For this hop, the Design Team Members have been asked to share a few of our favorite Peachy Keen Creations with you.  I had a tough time narrowing down my choices, but here are just a few.....

One of my very favorite cards was created using the June, 2013 Stamp of the Month set (PKSC-18) and the add-on set PK-1254 ....

I loved this cute little Hula Girl that I couldn't bear to give this card away, it is still sitting on a shelf in my craft room.

If you would like to see more details on this card you can click HERE.

I love making gifts with sweet Peachy Keen Stamps and this one is definitely one of my all time favorites....

I used the darling Peachy Keen Stamp Set "Hey Baby" (PK-208) to decorate this re-cycled Frappucino carton.  You can see the details about this project by clicking HERE.

Peachy Keen Stamps are also fabulous for home decor projects and I would like to share this cutie with you.....

I love this sweet gingerbread train set and it is displayed in my kitchen right now along with all my other gingerbread Christmas decorations.  I used the PKSC-19, PK-1325 and PK-1327 sets to created this fun little canvas.

For more details about this project, please click HERE.

Oh wow...it's really tough to limit myself to 3 projects, but I need to stop so that you can hop along to the next stop!  Thank you so much for stopping by today and letting me share some of my favorite Peachy Keen projects with you.  Your next stop on today's hop is my very talented, super sweet friend Saundra of "Luv Scrapping Together".

Enjoy the rest of the hop and I'll be seeing you soon....

Christmas Shadow Boxes

Hello everyone and happy Saturday to you!
I hope your weekend is off to a great start!  I'm running around trying to get things crossed off of that stinkin' "Too Do" list....does it ever end???

I did manage to get a couple of gifts marked off that crazy list of mine!  I've been seeing the cutest little shadow boxes all over Pinterest and crafty blogs lately and I have been anxious to give it a try.  They are super easy and fast to put together and I think they turned out so cute.....

I will be giving these as "early Christmas gifts" so that the recipients can enjoy them for a bit before Christmas actually arrives.
I found the shadow box frames and bells at Michael's.

* I covered the back portion of the frame with some pretty Christmas prints.
* The Christmas sentiments are from the Silhouette Online Store.

I have materials to make a couple more of these cute little shadow boxes...now...if I can just find the time to put them together...sigh!

Well, I guess that about it wraps it up for today - back to that ever-growing list of mine!  Have a wonderful weekend and I'll be seeing you soon.....

Until next time,

Elf Made, Just For You

Hello everyone and happy Thursday to you!
This week, heck...this month...is just going by too quickly for me!  How are you doing on all of your Christmas preparations?  I'm pretty far behind right now but hoping for a second wind next week so that I can wrap things up...pun intended!

I've got a sweet Christmas gift tag to share with you today.  This one will go on a special gift that is still "in the works", but I thought I would at least share the tag with you....

Materials Used:
* Tag - Silhouette Online Store
* Elf - "Silly Little Elf Boy" from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons
* Sentiment - "Christmas Banner Sentiments" by My Craft Spot
* Banner - "Ribbon Banners Straight Die" by My Craft Spot

I added lots of bright green glitter to the ornament for some Christmas sparkle.  A bit of twine and a couple of jingle bells make for a festive touch.

I just love this sweet little Elf ♥

Okay, that's it for me today - back to work!
I hope you have a wonderful day and I'll be seeing you soon....

Warm Winter Wishes

Hello everyone!
How is your week going for you?  Mine is going much too quickly - seems like I'm adding to my "to-do" list much faster than I'm checking items off.  Oh well...tis the season I suppose!

While moving junk around cleaning my craft corner, I noticed a cute little project that I forgot to post on my blog during the Peachy Keen sneak peeks last week...oooops!  I posted it on Facebook at the Release Party, but forgot all about my own blog.  So...here we go....

Materials Used:
* Gift bag - Silhouette Online Store
* Background stamp - "Woodland Birch Tree Background" PK-1349
* Fox - PKSC-24

Using white ink, I stamped the background onto my gift bag before assembling it.  Next, I hand cut a strip of white paper and added glitter for "snow".  I used my Copic Markers to color that sweet little fox and glued him to the front of the bag.

I added some yummy peppermint M&Ms to a clear bag and tied it up with some Totally White Twine by Trendy Twine.  The sentiment and snowflakes are from the Peachy Keen stamp set "Cool Cats" (PK-1350).

Ok...back to moving stuff around...er....cleaning up my Craft Corner!  I hope you have a wonderful day and I'll be seeing you soon....

Until next time,

We Believe!

Hi there and welcome to Nonna's Craft Corner!
I hope your weekend is off to a great start. I'm spending mine working on Christmas gifts, wrapping presents and attending a birthday party for my sweet Emma - it's a good weekend ♥

I came across this sweet image in the Silhouette Online Store and thought it would make a fun shaped card.  I really like the silhouette of Santa and his reindeer.....

Materials Used:
* Image - Silhouette Online Store (I used the offset feature to create a card base from the moon)
* Sentiment - "Christmas Banner Sentiments" from My Craft Spot
* Twine - "Cranberry" from Trendy Twine
* Stars - Silhouette Online Store
I really could not get a photo that shows off the shine very well....

* I spritzed my card base with some Glimmer Mist in "Iridescent Gold" which adds a nice sparkle.
* The stars are covered in white glitter
* Santa and his reindeer are covered in black glitter then I added a thick layer of Glossy Accents
* I decided that it must be a foggy Christmas Eve and put Rudolph at the head of the team!

I'm going to link up my card with the "Sparkle and Shine" Challenge going on over at My Craft Spot

And, now I'm off to wrap a few more of those gifts! I hope you have a wonderful weekend and I'll be seeing you soon....

Until next time,

Admit One

Good morning everyone and Happy Friday to you!
Ready for the weekend?  I'm planning on finishing up a few gifts (I hope) and getting some packages wrapped up this weekend.

Speaking of gifts, I have a sweet friend who is a huge movie fan.  I knew I was going to get him a gift card from the local theater, but I didn't want to just hand him a gift card - I mean...how fun is that?  So after a bit of searching, I found this darling "Movie Ticket Stub" shaped card from SVG Cutting Files and everything just sort of came together.....

I used red and green to make my ticket stub more "Christmasy"

Materials Used:
* Card - SVG Cutting Files "Movie Ticket Stub"
* Black Glitter
* White Gel Pen

And, here is the inside.....

Materials from Jaded Blossom
* Gift Cards Galore stamp set for "enjoy the movies"
* Candy Charms and Banners die for red scalloped mats
* Christmas Candies stamp set for "Merry Christmas"

And, there you go - another Christmas gift checked off my list!

Thanks so much for stopping by today. I always look forward to your visit and sweet comments. I hope you have a wonderful weekend and I'll be seeing you soon....

Hello everyone and welcome to Nonna's Craft Corner.
Today is a special day - it's my sweet hubby's birthday!  It never fails that his birthday just sort of sneaks up on me.  I start thinking about it around Thanksgiving (which always just flies by) and before I know it - December is here. Then it's time to pull out the Christmas decorations, get the tree up, hang the stockings...and...all of a sudden it's December 3rd!

Anyway, I finished this up last night and had it ready to give to him before he had to leave for work this morning....whew!

Materials Used:
* Printed papers - "Simple Stories"
* Tab - My Creative Time - "Stitched Tab Die"
*Stamps - Peachy Keen Stamps (PKSC-24)

The stamps I used are part of the new December Stamp of the Month set by Peachy Keen Stamps. The new release will be available for sale on December 5th.  Be sure to stop by the PKS Blog to see the daily sneak peeks until then!

Thanks so much for stopping by today and letting me share my card for my special guy!  I hope you have a great day and I'll be seeing you soon....
