Hope Your Halloween is Frightfully Sweet

It's been awhile since my last blog post - life got in the way of my crafty time...again!  But, I'm back again with a fun Halloween card to share with you today. I can't believe that September is almost over and it's time for all things Halloweenie!

This card was so much fun to color and put together.

These cute images are from the "Fab-Boo-Lous" Friends" stamp set by My Favorite Things.

 

 

My purple background was created with Distress Ink in Wilted Violet.  And, I used the My Favorite Things, Blueprints 27 dies to create the elements for my background.  The sentiment is from the "Spooky Sentiment" stamp set.

Halloween Shadow Box Card

Hi there!

Welcome to Studio 5380 - thanks for dropping by.

August the 5th and so far, I'm still hanging in there with the 30 Day Coloring Challenge.  Tomorrow is a busy day and may very well be the day I miss but I'm hoping to find a little coloring time.  So, today I thought I would share a project that I created on Days 2 and 3 of the Challenge:

This was so much fun to put together!

I lots of Lawn Fawn goodies for this fun box card including:

*Shadow Box Card Die Set

*Scalloped Box Card Pop-Up Die Set (banner)

*Costume Party Die Set

All of my images are colored with Copic Markers and I gave them  a bit of sparkle with a Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Marker.  I also used Nuvo Crystal Drops on the moon and stars.

This cute little box folds up flat to fit into an envelope for mailing!

Okay, I'll stop with the photos now! This was really fun and I can't stop thinking about all the scenes I want to create next!

Hello and welcome to Studio 5380.

It's been awhile since my last post. Life continues to get in the way of my crafty time!  But, today is the first day of a new 30 Day Coloring Challenge and I was really motivated to get moving and get upstairs to my studio this afternoon. I try to play along with each new challenge and it's great for motivation and inspiration!  If you're not familiar with the 30 Day Coloring Challenge, you need to stop by Kathy's Instagram account and check it out!  You can find her HERE. 

I was so ready to get crafty and play along with Kathy's challenge that I also thought I would play along with the current Sketch Challenge at My Favorite Things....

I am so ready for fall and needed some autumn colors in my life!

These sweet images are from the Fall Friends stamp set by MFT Stamps.  Images are colored with Copic Markers and the backgrounds are inked up with Distress Inks and Distress Oxides.

The "Thanks" die is also from MFT Stamps.
