It's A Girl Thing

Hello everyone and Happy Friday to you!

Do you have lots of crafty plans for this weekend?  I am hoping for one of those weekends where I get to stay in my jammies all day and craft away the day!

I've been working on gifts lately - Birthday and Christmas - and this time of year, I just can't seem to get caught up!  Here's one I just finished for an upcoming birthday....

After a run to the Bath & Body Works Store (yummy), I needed a gift bag for all my fun goodies.  So, I grabbed a plain white gift bag from my stash and got busy!  I keep a stash of white bags and kraft paper bags on hand at all times!

* That adorable little bathing beauty is a stamp from La La Land - "Bath Time Marci"

* My mats are both cut using Spellbinders Grand Dies

* The blue banner was hand cut and embossed with the "Spots and Dots" embossing folder

* Sentiment is from Pink By Design

* I added some Diamond Stickles to the bubbles for a bit of sparkle

* I used a hole punch around the top edge of my gift bag and threaded them with some pretty pink and white twine.

* I added a couple of blue paper flowers that I purchased at Hobby Lobby.

* A few blue gems on either side of my sentiment and there you go!

Now...off to clean up my mess so I can get started on my next project!  I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.  Thanks so much for stopping by, and I'll be seeing you soon!
