Hi there and welcome to Studio 5380.
I'm taking a quick break from the house cleaning, baking, gift wrapping and all-round Christmas chaos to share a fun project I made for my "boys"....
Now, keep in mind that my "boys" are 31 and 33 years old! But, that's okay, they are still my boys! I came across some "lumps of coal" candy at Target a couple of weeks ago and knew I had to do something with it for my guys.
I used lots of Jaded Blossom goodies on these treats:
* Layered Frame & Journal Die
*Elf Report Card Stamp Set
* Santa Mail Stamp Set
* Christmas Candies
Notice the bad rating for "Read Mom's Blog"! Good thing these guys are pretty nice to others or Santa wouldn't pay them a visit at all!
Thanks for taking the time to stop in for a visit today (more than I can say for my boys..lol). I hope you have a wonderful day and I'll be seeing you soon...
Nice! Boys are never too old to receive treats from mom. What size are the circles on the coals? I have tried 3/4" and 1" punches, but the candies seem to be in between the two.
ReplyDeletehahaha. how FUN! soooooo cute! :)
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, these are so fun!! The lumps of coal are awesome!! I love the report cards!! What fabulous treats these are!! Maybe your boys will learn to read your blog so they can get better marks from Santa ;) Love these my friend!! Have a great day :)

AWESOME job my friend!!!
oh lol! I love these, they are great for all age! I need that stamp set like right now! These are just great!
ReplyDeleteLOL! I Totally LOVE this idea Tanya! I love the "other" read moms blog! hahahaha This just has me giggling! Super duper Cute & your boys will LOVE these too! :)
ReplyDeleteThis is super cute, Tanya. All "boys" need a little reminder to be good for Santa. When my boys open something I wrapped special for them they kind of roll their eyes and shake their heads. (but secretly I think they like it) Same with my decorations. But the report card is a fabulous idea. Santa watches them, too.
ReplyDeleteThese are so cool and I love the list and fancy not reading Mom's blog, boys!! Naughty indeed LOL!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness Tanya ~ This is just tooooooo CUUUTE! OMG ~ I laughed reading your post!! LOVED the read mom's blog one the most!! LOL!!!! They are going to ADORE their coal for so many reasons!! Well I am in complete panic mode for xmas ~ so Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!! Oh all I want for Christmas is a "new" cleaning fairy ~ HA!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute, fun and very creative idea. They turned out toooooo cute.
ReplyDeleteHave a creative day.
