Love My Cameo Blog Hop Winner!

Hello everyone and Happy Valentine's Day to you!

I hope your day is going well for you.  It's been a busy one around here today.  I am trying to finish up my project for the Anniversary Amore Blog Hop that I am taking part in tomorrow (nothing like getting down to the last minute!).  I hope you will stop by tomorrow and join in the blog hop hosted by my very talented friend, Candace at Scrappin' Two Little Princesses.  This is going to be a great hop with lots of talent and some really great give-aways!

No project for you today, but I do have a winning name for you from the Love My Cameo Blog Hop that I played along with this past weekend.  I hope you all enjoyed the hop as much as I did! I am still a newbie at the Cameo and I really enjoyed all the great tutorials along the way on this hop.  If you missed the hop and are on the fence about purchasing a Cameo, you might want to pay a visit to some of the great blogs that were on this hop.  You can start with the talented Amy Chomas.

Ok, on to my winning name! Most people just use the Random Number Generator to choose their winning name, but I thought I would use something a bit more fun...my cute little Yorkie named Lola...

So, I had 61 wonderful comments.  I wrote each number on a scrap of paper, folded and put into a bowl for Lola to choose from.  She was not very cooperative at first and spent the first 15 minutes walking around the bowl barking at it.  Finally, I tipped the bowl over and rattled around the scraps of paper making it a bit more appealing to a 3 month old pup....

She finally went for it and then...took off with the winning number in her mouth!  I had to chase her down to get the number from her!...

She really did not want to let go of that paper...lol!  In case you can't read the number in her mouth...

Congrats to ##36

Love your sweet projects for your granddaughter. I, too, am pretty new to the Cameo and have also had a bit of trial and error (my first time with print n cut was a little bit of a trial). I just love this machine and it's amazing capabilities. I am a new follower and thanks for the chance to win. patnbobcuddy at gmail dot com

  1. LOL! I love your method of choosing a number. Lola is so cute. Seeing her makes me miss my Yorkie. LOL! I'm co-hosting a card challenge over at the Silhouette Plus forum wonder if my doxies would pick out a number for me. LOL! One of them would probably eat the number.
Happy Valentine's Day and look forward to the blog hop tomorrow.
